西湖大学高通量平台是生物医学实验技术中心下属的二级平台之一，在云栖云谷两校区都设有实验室和实验设施，总面积240平方米，目前共配备了三名专业技术人员。

该平台以自动移液工作站、高内涵分析仪、高通量分子互作仪等大通量自动化移液和分析设备为主要硬件基础并结合多种生物共享资源，如化合物库、ORF文库、CRISPR文库、细胞库等，以功能基因组筛选、突变体库筛选、化合物&靶点筛选、生物大分子进化、抗体筛选发现等为主要技术服务方向，协助校内外科研人员在药物发现、细胞生物学、功能基因组学、蛋白质组学、免疫学和结构生物学等多学科领域的研究工作，并助力于校内外科研单位和企业的产学研转化工作。

其中云栖实验室位于西湖大学云栖校区1号楼B02~B09，总面积约100平方米，配备了酶标仪、高内涵分析仪等主要检测分析设备以及一些半自动移液、分液等辅助设备；云谷实验室位于西湖大学云谷校区学术环1楼E10-172、E174，总面积约135平方米，配备了高通量酶标仪、高内涵分析仪、高通量表面等离子共振分子相互作用仪等主要检测分析设备，自动化移液工作站，自动菌落挑选机器人等自动移液和克隆挑选设备以及一些半自动移液、分液、洗板、开盖、封膜等辅助设备；同时平台在两校区实验室都配备了包括化合物库、细胞库、人&鼠ORF文库、人&鼠CRISPR文库在内的多种生物共享资源。

High-Throughput Core Facility (HTCF) is one of the installations of Biomedical Research Core Facilities (BRCF) of Westlake University. The HTCF have labs and equipment in both Yungu and Yunqi campus with a total lab area of 240 ㎡ and three professional full-time technicians.

The HTCF is based on state-of-art robotic and high-throughput systems, include high content imaging analyzer, high-throughput SPR system, automatic colony picker, liquid handler, and provides equipment access and technical support for them. It also manages shared bio-resources including compound libraries, human & mouse ORF libraries, human & mouse CRISPR libraries, and cell bank.

Base one these and working together with other facilities, we provide wide range of services include mutant library screening, compound and target screening, large-scale gene editing and antibody discovery to assist users in structural biology, epigenetics, genomics and proteomics.

The Yunqi lab is located at 1#B02~B09 with a total area of about 100 ㎡, and equipped with plate reader and high content imaging analyzer and other semi-automated liquid handling instruments. The Yungu lab is located at E10-172~174 in the first floor of academic ring with a total area of about 135 ㎡, and fully equipped with all kinds of instruments. The shared bio-resources will be acquired in both two campus.
