北京时间2023年4月6日,西湖大学生命科学学院施一公团队在《分子细胞》(Molecular Cell) 在线发表了题为“Structural basis of pre-tRNA intron removal by human tRNA splicing endonuclease”的最新研究论文,报道了pre-tRNA结合人源tRNA剪接内切酶 (tRNA splicing endonuclease, TSEN) 复合物处于“预催化”和“催化后”两种状态的高分辨率结构,结合体外生化,揭示了TSEN复合物识别和剪切pre-tRNA内含子的分子机理。
