高通量平台将与2025年4月9日举办Opera Phenix Plus高内涵与类器官主题讲座培训，本次培训主要涉及到高内涵筛选系统的基本原理、实验设计、仪器操作方法、软件使用方法、图像处理流程、仪器维护注意事项等内容。以及利用体细胞重编程与谱系分化技术，构建hPSC衍生的类器官，以及在发育生物学、疾病模型构建、药物筛选等领域的应用。

培训分为理论培训（约3个小时）和上机操作培训。

The High-Throughput Core Facility will host a lecture and training session titled "Opera Phenix Plus High-Content Analysis and Organoid Technology" on April 9, 2025. This event will focus on the principles, experimental design, and practical applications of high-content screening systems, as well as the construction and application of hPSC-derived organoids in developmental biology, disease modeling, drug discovery, and related fields.

The training is divided into theoretical training (about 3 hours) and on-board operation
