非常高兴地通知大家，西湖大学公用仪器平台新引进的单细胞显微操作系统Cytosurge FluidFM OMNIUM已成功装机，并安装于E8-B122实验室。这台先进的仪器能够实现活的单细胞压力检测、粘附力检测、单细胞自动化注射和单细胞胞质提取，是当前单细胞研究领域中的重要工具之一。

为了帮助大家更好地了解和使用这一先进设备，平台特此安排了一次技术讲座。本次讲座将详细介绍如何使用FluidFM进行高通量快速测量细胞粘附力和杨氏模量，以及活细胞单细胞提取的新方法。具体安排如下：

Dear all !

We are pleased to inform you that the new single-cell micromanipulation system, Cytosurge FluidFM OMNIUM, has been successfully installed in the E8-B122 laboratory of the Westlake University General Equipment Core Facility. This advanced instrument is capable of measuring pressure and adhesion forces in live single cells, performing automated single-cell injections, and extracting cytoplasm from single cells. It is a highly precise and automated hydrodynamic force microscope.

To help everyone better understand and utilize this advanced equipment, the platform is organizing a technical seminar. The seminar will focus on how to use FluidFM for high-throughput rapid measurement of cell adhesion forces and Young's modulus, as well as new methods for live single-cell extraction.

The specific arrangements are as follows:

Please note that this seminar will be held in the form of a lunch meeting.
