主题1:单细胞Cyclone-SEQ技术研发与早期胚胎转录本异质性研究讲者信息:陈亮博士,杭州华大生命科学研究院研究员、细胞组学技术中心主任科学家,专业为分子生物学与生物化学/基因组学。研究工作包括新一代单细胞/空间组长读长测序、靶向技术开发与应用,以及发育与肿瘤发生机制研究。研究成果以通讯/第一作者发表在ScienceMolecular CellNature ProtocolsScience Advances等国际权威学术期刊50余篇。主持/参与多项基金委/科技部,浙江省“尖兵”和杭州市重点科研项目。






主题2:时空组学:解码生命时空信息,引领多领域前沿研究讲者信息:杨祎博士,北京师范大学认识神经科学专业博士,现为深圳华大生命科学研究院博士后研究员。其研究聚焦于脑神经疾病(如阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病)的机制探索。博士阶段专攻灵长类动物神经电生理信号研究,在神经信号传递领域具备扎实的理论与实践基础。目前主持或参与多项脑科学领域研究项目,在单细胞时空组学数据深度挖掘、病理图像智能识别与分类技术开发、多模态生物数据融合分析等方面积累了丰富经验。研究成果发表于Nature CommunicationsPlos BiologyCell Reports等国际知名学术期刊(累计10余篇),并拥有一项病理图像识别相关发明专利。主持中国博士后科学基金面上项目一项。

Topic 1: Advancements in Single-Cell Cyclone-SEQ Technology and Transcriptional Heterogeneity in Early Embryos

Speaker: Dr. Liang Chen, Principal Investigator & Lead Scientist, Cell Omics Technology Center, BGI Research Hangzhou. His expertise lies in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry/Genomics. His research encompasses the development and application of novel long-read single-cell/spatial omics sequencing and targeted technologies, as well as the study of mechanisms underlying development and tumorigenesis. His research findings have been published in over 50 papers as corresponding/first author in leading international journals including Science, Molecular Cell, Nature Protocols, and Science Advances. He leads or participates in multiple research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), the Zhejiang Province "Pioneer" R&D Program, and key research initiatives of Hangzhou City.


Topic 2: Stereo-seq Technology Spotlight

Speaker: Dr. Yi Yang, Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuroscience from Beijing Normal University, currently a Postdoctoral researcher at BGI Research Shenzhen. Her research focuses on elucidating mechanisms of neurodegenerative disorders (e.g., Alzheimers disease, Parkinsons disease), dedicated to deciphering brain structure-function relationships through single-cell spatiotemporal omics technologies.

During her doctoral studies, she specialized in neuroelectrophysiological research in non-human primates, establishing a solid theoretical and practical foundation in the field of neural signal transmission. She currently leads and participates in multiple brain science projects, with extensive expertise in deep mining of single-cell spatiotemporal omics data, development of intelligent pathology image recognition/classification systems , and integrative analysis of multimodal biological data. Her work has resulted in >10 publications in Nature Communications, PLOS Biology, and Cell Reports, and 1 invention patent for automated pathology image recognition. Additionally, she is the principal investigator of a China Postdoctoral Science Foundation General Program project.
